to collect client feedback for website redesigns and user feedback for SaaS apps. - Can I collect feedback from a test- or staging-server?

Yes! The widget collects all the page markup when a user hits submit. You can use it on password protected sites too, as long as the assets like fonts and stylesheets are still accessible.
- Is it possible to change the project url?

Of course, moving from a test- or staging-server to the live server you can change the project url. However if you use the same account for a new project, we ask you to buy an additional project as stated in our terms.
- How does it work?

When a user hits submit on the feedback form, the widget sends the current markup to our server. The server sets up a headless Chrome browser and re-creates the page with the correct screen size and takes a screenshot.
- Can I get a refund?

If we can't get it to work on your site, we will be happy to give you a refund. Please be aware that refunds take up to two weeks to appear in your account. Please contact us at [email protected].
